Instead of using expensive A/C you turn on the house fan and all the cold air from outside is sucked into your house and the hot air blown into your attic which in turn goes out your roof venting. My house had a really old fan that was about 25 years old. It was massive, ugly, and noisy. Still, I loved it and was sad when it finally died a month ago. Eco Air Solutions was pretty much the only choice in Orange County. I sent a yelp message and the owner Dan called me. Nicest guy ever who explained the two models, sizes, and cost. I was impressed and made the appointment for a week later. Jacob and another tech arrived on time. The removed the old fan and installed the new. Long tedious job! They also closed up the giant ceiling hole since new fan took up 1/3rd the space. Because my house is old it had strange wiring which had issues when removing old fan. Dan worked with me getting it fixed with my electrician which was appreciated! The new fan is AWESOME. It literally blows my old fan away. It's whisper quiet and even on low is so much better than my old fan. Absolutely love it! The model is the Stealth Pro 5.5. Has three speeds and a remote control. Yesterday I had the ceiling patched and it looks great! They also do HVAC repair and install. My AC sounded odd so I had Jacob listen. He said there was definitely an issue. He came back a few days later and fixed the issue. Even though my HVAC is 20+ years old there was zero upselling attempt and he gave me honest opinion on my system. Awesome company. Very eco-friendly and hiding away in the attic, this very powerful fan quietly pushes hot stale air out of my home and circulates fresh cool air in. Fast forward several years, a very uncomfortable heat wave came to town. Even my beloved elderly mother was sweating with the oldies in her beach city home. So, I called Don at Eco Air Solutions for another consultation. Following an intense Q and A session, we opted for a state of the art AC unit to accompany Mom's tried and true central heater. Now a few years later we heard rattling from the attic when the house fan was on. Jacob came and took a look at it, found the problem and solved the problem for a very reasonable price, even though it actually had nothing to do with the house fan (a vent next to the fan was rattling). He also let me know about other issues in the attic that needed attention as well to make sure our family and home stay safe. Great product, great service, great value. This year it wouldn't turn on. We called them on a Tuesday, Alex and George came on Wednesday, took them less than a 1/2 to replace the timer. Alex & George were very pleasant, professional and efficient. Again, Eco Air Solutions is one of the best companies around.
